“Participating in a variety of social movements has been a meaningful part of my life since 10+ years ago,” shares Kay, a Specialist in Taipei. “Hence it was an unforgettable memory to join the Taipei LGBT Pride with a few colleagues right after joining the firm. I started to feel how inclusive and diversified our firm is, and how much effort we spend on improving the people environment we have. I feel super happy & proud to be part of the Ally community, and hope more people will come and join us.”

“Hosting the Day of Pink event last year with my fellow colleagues was one of the most memorable and meaningful experiences here,” Chi, a Business Analyst in Taipei conveys. “Together we organized a heartwarming celebration of strength and diverse voices, through a variety of campaigns from audio story rooms and pledge walls to panels and experience sharing. I was amazed by how each and every colleague from the office put in their best effort to contribute and openly show support, and I truly cannot be prouder to be an Ally at McKinsey.”
